Clonmel Coffee is the latest of these events and hopes to get a wide range of people attending over the coming months.

Each gathering will have some sort of structure, basically an introduction about what it is, what people can get from it and future developments. Each person can then introduce themselves, what they do and their level of knowledge of the web and go from there. With a mix of business people and web people, we hope to be able to create a space where people can talk about how they use the web to extend/promote their business, others who currently have no web presence and would actually like to get something up there (via facebook, blog, twitter etc), can then discuss the benefits and dangers of these among other items.

Going forward we will add the option during gatherings for people to do live demos about how to set up and use social networking on the web, how/why to blog if people are willing to help others out etc.

After the first few meetings we can get a taste of what people want or would like to get out of this, maybe some people would like to start their own business, others may want to get their brand online or others may like to learn more about the web - personally speaking, blogging, useful sites etc depending on their knowledge of the web.
