Lynch and Partners is one of South Tipperary’s leading practices providing a top quality service to its wide client base. Established as John M. Lynch and Company in 1983, the firm changed its name to Lynch and Partners in 2001.

THE PEOPLE

Our core team of partner solicitors have wide general legal experience.

John M. Lynch – BCL, LLM (Hons), FCIArb,
Diploma in European Law, Diploma in E-Commerce – Managing Partner.

John studied law in U.C.D. and went on to qualify as a solicitor in 1981.

John is the managing partner and has been involved in all areas of law. His current areas of expertise are Family Law, Litigation and E-commerce.

Cian O’Carroll – B.Sc., Dip.L.S.

Cian was educated by the Christian Brothers in his hometown of Cashel, following which he studied science at N.U.I. Maynooth.

Cian practices civil litigation, criminal law, employment law, company and commercial law. His practice covers all aspects of court work.

Cian had developed a particular expertise in personal injury litigation, with experience in the most serious injury cases such as fatal accidents and brain injury.

Aine Ryan B.A., Dip in Property Tax

Aine studied law in Limerick University, graduating in 1996 with a degree in Law and European Studies.

She is the partner responsible for commercial transactions involving land, licencing, taxation and probate. In her ongoing study of law, she has recently completed a specialist qualification in the area and holds a Diploma in Property Tax.
