The Carers Association
The Carers Association is the National Voluntary Organisation for Family Carer’s. The Association has a resource centre in 8 Sarsfield Street, Clonmel open Monday – Friday.Services provided by the Carers Association in Mary Street are as follows:
- Information on all Social Welfare entitlements.
- Training for Carers in areas such as First Aid, Back Care, Safety in the Home.
- Monthly support group meetings held every month in the centre.
- A home Respite service to aid Family Carers.
